Custom and personalized products are made specifically for each customer. We print exactly as submitted by the customer.

We are not responsible for customer errors such as misspelled names, incorrect dates, wrong sizes, wrong colors, incorrect custom text, or incorrect personalization details submitted by the customer.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped for digital download purchases.

All digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered or downloaded. If the file is incorrect, damaged, missing, cannot be opened, or is not as described in the product listing, we will review the issue and provide a corrected file or resend the proper file whenever possible.

Payments

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.
