Processing Time
Please allow 1–5 business days for production before your order ships. Processing time may vary depending on the product type and order details. For custom or personalized orders, production time may depend on how clear and complete the personalization information is when the order is placed.
Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-volume seasons, or promotional periods.
Estimated Delivery Time
After production is complete, estimated delivery time within the United States is typically 3 – 9 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow 24–72hours for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to reship the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with your household members, neighbors, local post office, or shipping carrier.
If the package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will help review the issue whenever possible.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require shipping. No physical item will be shipped for digital download purchases.
Digital files are delivered by download link or email after purchase.
If you have trouble accessing your digital file, please reach out through our Contact Us page or chat box. Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can assist you quickly.
