Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Because each item is custom printed or made specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for reasons such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, choosing the wrong color, entering incorrect personalization details, or providing an incorrect shipping address.

However, we will gladly offer a free replacement or review your order for a refund if your item arrives with a verified issue.

Your order may qualify for a replacement or refund if:

- The product is defective or damaged.
- The print quality is poor.
- The item received is significantly different from what was shown on the order page.
- You received the wrong item, size, color, or design due to our error.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery. Photo proof is required for all claims.

Please include:

- Your order number.
- The email address used at checkout.
- Clear photo(s) of the affected item.
- A photo of the full item.
- A close-up photo showing the issue.
- For apparel, please include a photo of the garment label and a full photo of the item.
- Any other information that may help us review the issue.

Please do not discard the product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed. In most cases, a return is not required if the issue can be verified through photos. However, we reserve the right to request a return before approving a refund or replacement.

Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Refund Processing Time

If your claim is approved, we will either send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.

Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end, but it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping fees, handling fees, taxes, and additional service fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Items Not Eligible for Return, Replacement, or Refund

We cannot accept returns, replacements, or refunds if:

- The item was printed correctly as ordered, but you changed your mind.
- The wrong size, color, or design was selected by the customer.
- The customer entered incorrect personalization details.
- The shipping address was entered incorrectly by the customer.
- The item has been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used.
- The item does not have its original tags or packaging, when applicable.
- The return request was not reviewed and approved by our team before the item was sent back.
- The item was marked as Final Sale or purchased during major promotional periods such as Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, St. Patrick’s Day, or other seasonal sales.

Order Changes & Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders quickly to make sure they are produced and shipped on time. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order.

Within this 2-hour window, we will do our best to help with changes such as:

- Canceling the order.
- Updating the shipping address.
- Correcting the email address.
- Changing size, color, or personalization details.

Please include your order number and the details of the change so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

After 2 hours, or once the order has entered production, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order.

Digital Download Policy

All digital product sales are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly after purchase, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds due to change of mind, accidental purchase, or customer error.

However, if the file you receive is incorrect, damaged, missing, cannot be opened, or is not as described in the product listing, please contact us within 2 business days of purchase. We will review the issue and provide a corrected file or resend the proper digital file at no additional cost.

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description or screenshot of the issue so we can assist you quickly.

Refunds for digital products are only considered if we are unable to provide the correct file or resolve the issue.
